St. Cecilia encourages families to complete all first week forms and return them in the first week of school.  A set of hard copies of the forms along with the Parent/Student Handbook will be available outside the office for each family on Meet the Teacher Sunday.  Families needing additional forms can print them out from the links below, complete them and turn in to the School Office during the first week.

Any form listed with an asterix (*) is required to be returned by ALL families
